In order to complete the registration for your new website account, you must send this signed consent form for electronic document delivery to the management company. Doing so will allow us to keep costs down and speed delivery of documents.
Owners should also encourage their renters to sign up for the website by requesting an account on the site and then sending in this form. Renters will only receive documents pertaining to them.
A valid email address is required for each account. Should the email address start bouncing email your account will be suspended.
