These are various forms you can print, fill out, sign and send in to the management company. You may also want to take a look at the contact form.


Bicycle Room Access Request	If you would like to store your bicycle in one of the Palermo bicycle rooms, you can use this form to request access. Two bicycle storage facilities are located in the lower garage. One is located in the northeast corner and the other is in the southwest corner of the parking garage. Each homeowner may request a maximum of 2 keys for the storage facility that is assigned to them.	Bike_Room.pdf
Community Room	The community room is just outside the pool area and can be booked for a party or other social gathering. It sports a kitchen and a flat screen TV along with comfortable couches for an enhanced viewing experience. You'll have to send in the attached form after picking an available slot.	Community.pdf
Consent to Electronic Document Delivery	In order to complete the registration for your new website account, you must send this signed consent form for electronic document delivery to the management company. Doing so will allow us to keep costs down and speed delivery of documents. Owners should also encourage their renters to sign up for the website by requesting an account on the site and then sending in this form. Renters will only receive documents pertaining to them. A valid email address is required for each account. Should the email address start bouncing email your account will be suspended.	EConsent.pdf
Directory Programming Request	If you would like your name to appear in the directory listing of the external call box, fill out this form and send it to the management company. Note that while this may make it easier for your friends, family and delivery people to reach you, it also makes it easier for strangers.	Directory.pdf
Resident Contact Info	You must print, fill out and send the attached form to the management company. They need to have updated contact information on both the owner and any renters of each unit.	Contact_Info.pdf
Vehicle Registration	All vehicles of Palermo owners and residents are required to be registered with the Association. Take a minute to fill out the attached form and send it to the management company. You'll get a nifty parking sticker in return for your trouble.	Vehicle.pdf
