The procedures you or your renter must follow when moving in or out or having furniture delivered. Moves must be scheduled a week beforehand and can only happen 8AM-4PM Monday thru Saturday, holidays excepted. No moves can happen on Sundays. Check availability. You must use the First Street elevator. The moving company must supply the HOA with a current Certificate of Liability and Workers Compensation Insurance. See the attached document for more information.
